1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee
At Sudharogya, our customer's health and satisfaction are our utmost priority. We accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of verified delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Return
- Product must be in its original packaging with safety seal intact (unless received damaged).
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation number) must be provided.
- Unboxing video or photo is recommended for damaged shipments.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned package reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, refunds are initiated within 48 hours:
- Prepaid orders (Cards, UPI, Netbanking): Refund credited to original payment source within 3–5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund credited directly to customer's bank account via NEFT/UPI transfer.
